Its had a nice face lift and I can confirm its the final version.
No beta versions anymore.

The homepage has its comments bubble very nicely displayed in the top left of each topic.
It would be nice if we can constantly fill those comment bubbles with bigger numbers.
Try to leave a comment int he news blog after reading the news. you don't have to elaborate or anything.
Just thank for the article and the news and share any thoughts you may have.
maybe add to the article?


it doesn't take much effort, and having comments displayed ont he homepage will certainly show that we mean business.

The first thing i noticed is that it loads smoothly and fast. I love this!!! The design and layout of the homepage is that it is user friendly.

Things I would suggest. Is to link the titles of the news, as well the see full article.

Well now suggestions, i think since you have added worth reading widget.

Why not add a tutorial widget, wherein the tutorials are listed?

Also, i love the # of posts displayed in the bubbles

I've got one simple suggestion, that I was about to suggest for the previous portal aswell,
how about making the affiliates scroll?
It'll take up alot less space, and would mean you have the capacity of an infinite amount of logos
could be useful in the future....

Also now that the homepage is a big part of the forum, I think it should be first from left on the navigation bar, as all others sites do...
dunno why, but that's how it usually is xP

@sanket I wanted to use the feed reader that I use at the bottom of the index page... but it doesn't work on the portal.
The worth reading articles are manually laid there.
But I'm thinking of more modules for the side bar.


Also I'll be redesigning the affiliates in the portal. They do look a little tacky.
I was thinking of a favicon and text link for partners (members that have been here a while and/or cooperate with ego-one.
Whilst the other links will be text for all the wanna be sites. I know how hard it is to get started.

you like the webartz logo? if you do you can take it already and implement it on your site. I've done a base project for the theme... its going to be simple and similar to the default phpbb3 prosilver blue. I know you fellows like the look.

@karkooshy , its a little late for your suggestion.
The colors of the rainbow will be incorrect if I move the 2 positions.

the rainbow goes from green to green.


as mentioned above... the affiliates will be changed.
scrolling affiliates arn't that great. by the time it gets to the end you can bore yourself to death. and I want everyone to have the same privilege , and not having to choose which sites go first in the scroller
