I'm currently using Adobe Photoshop CS3 portable and I don't know how could I install some new brushes that I've downloaded. Advance thank you for who will answer.

The easiest way I know how to launch brushes into Photoshop is to actually just open the packs. This should open up PS (If it's not already open). Then just restart Photoshop, and they should be at the bottom of the brush selection menu.

It's portable. And when I open the brushes, It just open the notepad application and *BOOM* full of un-identifying texts.

Go to your brushes tool
Open up the menu.
Click the little arrows at it and then select "Load brushes"
Browse to where ever you saved it and open it.
Here you can see the menu that shud pop-up on the small arrow
